Priscilla Bonsu, Director
Born in Germany to Ghanaian parents, Priscilla is a corporate attorney at Lippes Mathias LLP, where she focuses her practice on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and complex securities transactions. She is recognized for her cross-border expertise, advising clients on sophisticated domestic and international business transactions, including SPAC and de-SPAC deals.
In addition to her corporate practice, Priscilla is a respected legal analyst who provides commentary on international legal and business developments for leading media outlets, including the BBC. Her multilingual capabilities and international background make her a trusted advisor to clients navigating cross-border legal and commercial matters.
Priscilla earned her first law degree from Heidelberg University in Germany before completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Emory University.
