Priscilla Bonsu, Director

Ms. Bonsu is an experienced corporate attorney whose practice spans a broad range of domestic and international business transactions and legal matters. Her areas of focus include general corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, private equity, startups and venture capital, public company matters, independent sponsor transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has significant securities law experience, advising U.S. public companies and foreign private issuers on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, capital markets matters, and complex transactions, including SPAC and de-SPAC deals.
